Boulder Opal, sourced from the Outback town of Quilpie, Queensland.
Bent wood method using Oak from an Oak tree know as Twister and sometimes Betty White. The tree lived in McCauley Park where its beautiful branches stretched out over the park. It reached the end of its life cycle and we were able to salvage some of the wood to make our rings.
Our family, with over forty years in the opal business, was inspired by Savannah's stunning architecture and beautiful trees, leading us to discover Re-purpose Savannah.
